Discipline Is a Fruit of the Spirit—Even in Fitness

Galatians 5:22–23 tells us:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

Discipline becomes toxic when it's rooted in shame. But when it flows from a place of worship and purpose, it produces life, not pressure.
